Hetal joined informa in 2010 and spent the first 6 years managing operations departments in event businesses based in Dubai and Moscow.
On her return to London, Hetal took on the role of creating a new in-house procurement function in Informa Connect, which she led for 3 years.
Following this, she broadened her remit and now oversees business operations for Informa Connect. This role involves supporting the business with delivering events and services in a manner which is safe, efficient, scalable, sustainable and smart.
